- The minimum age to consume alcohol is 18 years old.
- Maximum weight for Horseback Riding 230 lbs.
- Maximum weight for Ziplining 265 lbs.
- Maximum weight for ATV: 300 lbs/Combine weight for Dune Buggy 500 lbs.
- Maximum weight for Snorkeling 275 lbs.
- Maximum combined weight for rafting is 300 lbs individual; 550 lbs (combined for 2 passengers).
- Minors must be supervised by their parents or accompanying adults at all times.
- It is the participant's responsibility if cameras or other photography or recording equipment is damaged.
